Revolution Auto Group and COVID-19

Like so many businesses in Alberta we are modifying the way we do business in order to ensure the health and safety of our team members and our valued customers. Below are some of the steps we have taken in order to ensure that these aims are met.

Service: We are operating a reduced staffing level but are still fully open for business and will be unless mandated by Government in the interests of public safety. We recognize some people may be reluctant to bring their vehicle into our service dept. If you would rather not bring your vehicle into service in person, give us a call or email and we will arrange for you to do an after hours drop off and delivery process. Payment would be handled by credit card. While your vehicle is in, all common surfaces such as door handles, switches knobs and transmission levers would be disinfected prior to being returned to you.

Sales and Finance: We will be doing sales by appointment and drop in. Again, we will be operating at a reduced staffing level. We understand that getting into an enclosed space with someone you don’t really know could be very uncomfortable so for the next while we will be allowing unaccompanied test drives. You MUST have an up to date and valid drivers license before you will be allowed to take a vehicle by yourself. To shorten the process and minimize time spent in the store, you can apply for credit online or give us a call and we can almost everything over the phone. When you do show up to the store, please know that we will be observing social distancing protocols and all common surfaces are being disinfected multiple times per day for everyone’s protection.

We will endeavor to accommodate most any request in the interests of looking after our team mates and customers. Give us a call and let us know if you have any questions about how we can best serve you.

Like everyone else, we eagerly anticipate that all the measures being taken by Albertans will mean a shortened down time and a return to normal business and life is just around the corner. In the meantime, stay safe, be smart and be well!
